Reorganisational Healing

Reorganisational healing is defined as “a paradigm for the advancement of wellness, behaviour change, holistic practice and healing”. Devloped by Dr Donald Epstein, D.C., it provides people with a suite of tools to create a map to self-assess and draw on strengths to create sustainable change.

It covers 3 central elements: Four seasons of well-being; the Triad of Change and the Five Energetic Intellligences.

town-of-change shortReorganizational Healing is an approach to transforming our experience of life circumstances and our bodies, including pain and disease, into opportunities to go beyond our baseline level of health, functionality and well-being.

Reorganizational Healing recognizes that evolution moves only in one direction – forward. Instead of viewing the pain or symptom as an adversary or attempting to restore an individual to a prior minimal state, the Reorganizational model enrolls symptoms and crisis as a source of energy and wisdom, to not only sustain our bodies and lives, but to experience our health in new vital and abundant ways.” AHRP

Applications developed by Dr Epstein include the Chiropractic technique Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) and Somato Respiratory Integration (S.R.I.) exercises based on the book 12 Stages of healing. These are both tools to provide reorganizational healing.

“ROH is an innovative approach to wellness, growth, and behavioral change that helps you create and sustain well being by bringing the structural, perceptual, and energetic elements of your life and body into an optimal relationship.

Unlike other medical and alternative health care approaches that seek to restore, alleviate, suppress, or control, the objective of ROH is to help you raise your baseline function, behavior, and energetic expression to create and sustain well being.

ROH focuses on helping you develop a new level of self and body-awareness, and a deeper understanding of your core nature so that you can cultivate a more fulfilling and resilient life.

ROH has three central components: The Seasons of Well-Being, The Triad of Change, and the Energetic Intelligences. These components work together to address the timing of change, the process of change, and the energetic aptitudes that change requires, ensuring that you are able to consciously grow, evolve, and experience well being throughout the your life.” Wellbeing Centre
