SRI is designed to enable you to pay attention to your individual body rhythms, by using gentle breath, touch, movement and your own focused attention.
Our lives can be full, busy and often stressful. We constantly focus on what is happening around us and outside of ourselves. SRI is a tool you can use to pay attention to your body and its innate wisdom. Rather than ignoring our body’s messages and pushing through until symptoms force us to stop and make a change, we can use SRI to connect and listen to our body. We can become aware of the subtle messages our body sends and make the small changes we need. As you practice SRI, you discover how to connect to inner peace, safety and ease.
In this discover workshop you will learn the SRI stages 1, 2 & 3, including how and why SRI works. We learn the consciousness of each stage and get a chance to experience each stage, thereby making it easier for home practice. You will gain tools to take your health and wellness into your own hands.
